Most of the burning out and changing priorities comes from company culture. I see it in my company: constant changes from the bosses create so much friction that it’s often impossible to move forward effectively.

Such a great point. I know companies that operate on urgency 24/7 and I can’t imagine how quickly their employees get burnt out.

If everything is considered urgent; then in reality, nothing is truly urgent.

People get burnt out without even realising
